 ABOUT THE ROLE

 You will be part of a passionate and high performing culture here at PANDORA, based at our head office in Belrose.  In this pivotal role, you will ensure access to, and attraction of, strong professionals across the Pandora value chain to achieve our company-wide ambition for world-class diverse talent in Australia and NZ. You will build strong relationships with candidates and ensure positive impression of the Pandora Employer Brand. 

Key focuses of the role include:

  • Drive the end to end recruitment including the approval, advertising, candidate selection and testing, Reference and Background checks, appointment and induction for Retail Store and Head Office roles

  • Identify and attract high performing and high potential candidates

  • Engage with candidates to increase positive perception of Pandora externally

  • Personalised and engaging communication, create interest towards Pandora and specific positions within the organisation

  • Ensure collection and organisation or data to support decision making on both hiring decision and the broader TA space

  • Assess candidates using selected psychometric tools

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business and advise on strategically well-aligned selection of candidates

  • Advise on best strategy to attract talent

  • Raise the bar within recruitment and TA to enable future success of Pandora by attracting the strongest professionals

  • Work with technical tools and systems that can create a more effective and efficient recruitment process in favour of both Pandora and the candidates

  • Work closely with the Global TA team to set the strategic direction of TA

  • Support Employer Branding initiatives

  • Write compelling job ads

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to building strong working relationships and providing outstanding Talent Acquisition Management in an agile and fast paced working environment.  You will be able to work with autonomy whilst contributing to the success of the People Team objectives, acting as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition.

Specific skills and experience include:

  • At least 3 years’ experience with in-house recruitment function 

  • Demonstrated track record in proactively sourcing and developing talent

  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels of the business

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively 

  • Results oriented, highly organised and success with managing multiple priorities

  • Experience from retail, FMCG or consumer goods or similar is an advantage

  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment across a range of sites and locations
