Reporting to the Sales Training and Support Manager, the Sales Trainer will be experienced, passionate and results driven to support to the business in reaching and exceeding its targets by creating and delivering engaging learning experiences and resources.  Utilising a range of training methods, the Sales Trainer will provide our teams with the knowledge to confidently deliver an excellent customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the PACIFIC Training Team under Global Retail Excellence, work with global and local key stake holders to create, develop and execute Pandora Retail Sales & Retail Ops Training programs, projects & initiatives in line with the current Pandora business strategy.

  • Monitor and measure sales training execution and results across all channels.

  • Develop and deliver a multi blended training function that includes F2F, classroom, in store training and coaching; virtual training sessions, e-learning modules; with the required training support material and resources for the execution and delivery of the overall training program across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Work with key stakeholders across the business internally and externally establishing relationships of collaboration and cooperation.

  • Champion Pandora’s Customer Service Modules.

  • Add 5-10 key tasks which are required to perform the position, you can take this from the Position Description.

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Workplace Training or Assessment is desirable, or be willing to undertake this qualification. 

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will bring an energetic, people-centric approach to our learning program, and will maintain excellent connections with our teams.  Candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of retail focussed training and coaching methods to support our teams in their roles whilst successfully meeting KPI’s and other performance metrics. 

With excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite, candidates are able to utilise various communication platforms to engage our people in their learning and development. Candidates will ideally have completed Certificate IV in Workplace Training or Assessment, or be willing to undertake this qualification.

This position will require travel locally and interstate, and so flexibility to travel and work in alignment with the varying time zones across ANZ, and as required to fulfil the needs of the position.
