Job description

We are looking for motivated and engaging Retail Coach to join our training team in Tasmania.  

As a Retail Coach, you will draw on your passion for retail to motivate your students to learn important employability skills for the sector. Your students will come from all walks of life and from diverse backgrounds so you will have a set of different coaching methods for each student.  

You will have delivered similar training in group environments. In fact, you are passionate about getting vulnerable people back into employment through engaging education and coaching. 

Enjoy the flexibility of being a contractor. Deliver training programs that work with your schedule and lifestyle. Our training programs are held in Hobart, Launceston and surrounds so some travel may be required.  

What you’ll need: 

  • Proven experience working with the jobseeker cohort in a group training environment; 

  • Flexibility to travel to different locations to deliver programs; 

  • Understanding a contractor relationship; 

  • A genuine desire to support people to find sustainable work; 

  • Have worked with or work in Employment Services; 

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable, but not essential.
