What you’ll be doing:
Developing and nurturing relationships with members.
Implement individual customer journeys ensure retention.
Deliver exceptional member experience through customer service.
Engage and close queries for new membership.
Ensure data integrity is prioritised.
Respond to membership enquiries in a timely manner, from both current members and prospective new members.
Previous experience in a similar role with a track record for success.
Operational skills including the use of a CRM to manage data.
Flexibility in the workplace.
Ability to work under immense pressure.
Account management experience.
An understanding of the retail industry environment and emerging market trends.
Experience in a not-for-profit association.
