Job description

Your main objective is to drive return on investment results through the suggestion, delivery and management of key marketing strategies that support and align to the G&M brand growth, the acquisition and retention of customers and significant enhancement of G&M digital marketing platforms.

This role will leverage your superior marketing skills via:

    • the development, planning and delivery of a national G&M marketing campaigns both via digital and non-digital streams

    • systems and project management

    • execution of online and digital marketing strategies including eCommerce

    • agency, supplier and vendor procurement and coordination and much more… 

Skills and attributes:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a retail environment 

    • Proven program and project management experience within e-commerce in a medium sized retailer

    • Proven experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Litmus and Send Grid, CRM, Trello, Slack, AWS.

    • Strong ability to multi-task across wide range of activities 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • High level of organisational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail

    • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or relevant discipline
