We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist/ Payroll officer to get involved in all aspects of supporting our growing team.
This is a great opportunity to provide support to the National HR & Operations Manager, assist in implementing a new direction, plus utilising your payroll skills.
You will need to assist in all administrative legislative requirements, assisting with fleet management, work cover and maintaining files just to name a few of the tasks, along with assisting in creating new and exciting ways to make a difference in the workplace.
This is a varied role with a great opportunity to make a difference. This company is fast paced and challenging, although an exciting and invigorating place to be!
Reporting directly to the National HR & Operations Manager, this is a true support role that supports all aspects of the team-member life-cycle from recruitment through to retirement, and everything in-between!
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong administration skills
Exceptional people skills
Intermediate / Advanced proficiency with MS Office
Basic understanding of Australian employment legislation
Strong Payroll skills and the ability to implement and monitor any award changes.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a can-do, roll your sleeves up attitude, is able to prioritise work and will thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same! You will have impeccable presentation plus an eye for detail, and be proud to work in a corporate/ professional workplace.
