About the role
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and help our brand grow to new heights and assist in our expansion to overseas markets.
This position is suited to an individual skilled in ecommerce, with proven abilities and a track record of achieving sales goals. You also just love all things online retail!
AU & US Website Management
New Websites for Market Expansion
Digital Marketing Calendar planning
Creative brief and copy writing
Database Management and Email Optimisation
Social Media Strategy / Management – Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube
Be the subject matter expert for emails and notifications.
Work closely with developers to improve UX
Support the Ecommerce & Marketing Lead on projects and admin tasks
Asset creation (Adobe Indesign skills ideal)
Video editing (Adobe After Effects skills ideal
Skills and experience
Minimum three years experience in a similar role - within the fashion industry is a bonus
A creative mind for innovative marketing tactics, with the ability to identify and high performing promotions.
Exceptional understanding of marketing and ecommerce, with an ability to make change and create impact effectively and proactively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
Highly developed analytical, problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Excel Skills (Vlookup up & Pivot Table knowledge ideal)
Coding & Graphic Design knowledge is a bonus
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, commerce or analytics is preferred.
