About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and efficient new Customer Care Consultant.
Provide appropriate consultation to customers for various products and services via live chat, email and phone support
Report and oversee overseas customer care consultant team members
Manage customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
Proactively work to prevent potential customer issues
Discuss customer requirements for a new style and provide consultation to select appropriate product & sizes.
Manage VIP accounts and customers
Process returns & store credits for customers in a timely manner
Report on customer experience and results/enquiries on a weekly basis

Skills and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to maintain calm under pressure & customer issues
Fast typing skills are imperative
Efficiency and organisational skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
A thorough knowledge of women's clothing and Shopify is a bonus
