Job description

Esther & Co is a fast-paced online womens fashion company based in Sydney. We have an amazing team who has recently switched to remote working! It's an exciting time to be part of the brand and we can't wait to find the perfect new addition to our Product Team.

About the role

We are looking for a detail oriented, passionate and positive individual to join our product team.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly sales reporting on top products followed by making recommendations for sale styles and repeat orders

  • Attend supplier meetings as required and request stock on hand

  • Document weekly buy of Esther’s Senior Buyer

  • Assist in product development & range creation

  • Organise tags and barcodes for incoming stock

  • Pay invoices then document within accounting software

  • Organise samples for photoshoots and prepare shoot documents

  • Work with Creative Team to source shoot props

  • Competitor research and trend forecasting

  • Ensure weekly flow of new stock to be released

  • Continuously review weekly budget and update costs where necessary

About you

  • Relevant retail exposure is a must with past experience supporting a buying team

  • Analytical ability, numeric accuracy and attention to detail

  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Advanced Excel Knowledge

Skills and experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Minimum 4 years experience in buying and production

  • Strong admin and organisational skills

  • Experience producing womens clothing preferred

  • The ideal candidate has a studied Fashion - ie a Degree in Fashion Design or Production
